Expecting an Economic Stimulus Payment?

by Madelyn McConnell

Dear GSB Customer,

If you’re anticipating an Economic Stimulus Payment in the coming days, we suggest setting up Deposit Alert notifications using your online or mobile banking app. These alerts may prove helpful as an alternative to frequently checking your account online or through the mobile banking app. Setting these alerts up is quick and easy by following these steps below:

Here’s how to set up Deposit Alerts:

  1. Login to GSB Online Banking or Mobile Banking App
  2. Select the account you wish to receive an alert
  3. Select Alert Preferences
  4. Under Transaction Alerts, select “+ Add Alert”
  5. Select “Credit” and enter the alert threshold you wish to set
  6. Select your notification preference
  7. Select Add Alert

You then will receive alerts via email, text, or In-app message based on the amount threshold that you have set.

Our Customer Care Center is ready to assist you if you need help. It’s possible, due to the anticipated high call volume, that wait times may be longer than normal.
