New Digital Banking: Important Dates to Remember

Starting on January 27th, Grand Savings Bank will be offering a cleaner, simpler, and more secure digital banking platform along with a new, modern look. This new digital banking platform will allow you to have a more accessible, more consistent platform for you to do your online and mobile banking. If you haven’t already, take a look at our post about the new and improved features of this platform. As we transition to our new platform, here are some important dates to remember.

Important Dates to Remember

Bill Pay Transactions can no longer be scheduled using current platform

January 17, 2020

Bill Pay transactions can no longer be initiated using the current platform. If the payee was scheduled prior to January 17th, the bill will still be paid. Log into the new and improved iPay on January 27th to schedule payments.

Conversion begins

January 24, 2020

The process of converting the current platform to the new digital banking platform will begin at 3:00 pm on Friday, January 24th. During this transition time, online banking will be active, but in view-only mode. Customers will not be able to make online transfers during this time but can contact the Customer Care Center at 800.460.2070 to make transfers on Friday, January 24th until 5:30 pm.

Customer Care Center and Saturday branches will be fully staffed to assist customers

January 25, 2020

In order to ensure our customers have an easy transition, our Customer Care Center and regular Saturday branches will be open, ready to assist you with your banking needs from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. For a list of locations open on Saturday, please check here.

New Grand Savings Bank Mobile App and Online Banking Available

January 27, 2020

Today is the day! Our new digital banking platform will be available for all our customers. Our new Grand Savings Bank Mobile App will be available, and the New Online Banking will be up and running. Note: Users must delete the current Grand Savings Bank mobile app and download the new one.
